Select and Speak - Text to Speech Chrome Extension

Find this extension in the Chrome Store:

Select and Speak - Text to Speech  

For students who are struggling readers, this is a nice tool.  

When you are on a website with text, there is a little bar that will pop up when you hover your mouse on text. The Bar reads, Listen to Paragraph.  You can click on it, and it will read the text to you. 

The voice is not the robotic computer voice.  It doesn't inflect perfectly, but it works!
